At Atfenix Data Centre Private Limited (“Atfenix,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to deliver high-quality hosting and data centre services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.

Service Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation of their services by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.
  • Any outstanding dues must be cleared before cancellation can be processed.

Company Rights

  • Atfenix holds the exclusive right to decide the status of any refund request.
  • Decisions regarding refunds are final and binding, based on the nature of the service, usage, and compliance with our Terms of Service.

Refund Policy

  • All payments made for services are generally non-refundable, except in cases where Atfenix determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Service not provisioned as per order.
  • Proven technical issues on Atfenix's infrastructure that remain unresolved.
  • Setup fees, one-time charges, and add-ons are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Services are terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Customer requests cancellation after the service has been provisioned and is active.
  • Issues arise from third-party applications, software, or misuse of services.
  • Promotional/discounted services, trial offers, or special plans were purchased.
